Entity Status & Definition
CAS Innovations a.s. is a commercial entity currently in the planning and formation stage, intended to be jointly established by designated Institutes of the Czech Academy of Sciences, including, among others, the Centre of Administration and Operations of the CAS, v. v. i. (Středisko společných činností AV ČR, v. v. i.). Any references on this website to CAS Innovations a.s. refer to this proposed entity, which, together with its founders and affiliates, shall be referred to as the "CASI Group".

Costs and Expenses
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party shall bear its own costs and expenses incurred in connection with the review of this website and any subsequent negotiations.
